Sidhant Dua
Chief Executive Officer
Sidhant Dua is the Chief Executive Officer of MCube8. In this role, Sidhant is responsible for the Operations, Human Resources, Administration, Legal, IT, Finance, and Compliance departments of the group across Singapore, India, Cyprus, and the US.
Sidhant brings with him more than 20 years of accounting, financial reporting, and consulting experience and joined the group in 2005. He serves as a key member of the Board of Directors with a strategic and operational role in the overall management of MCube8. Sidhant has been responsible for both organic growth as well as inorganic growth of the group through mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. He has successfully steered the group through multiple investments and divestments. He relocated to Singapore in 2012 to take on the role of Global CFO of the group and moved back to India in 2019 as the CEO of MCube8.
Sidhant formerly worked with Agilent Technologies where he was responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. As a Process Owner, he was instrumental in providing solutions to automate and monitor key business processes for end-users, remediate areas of high risk, and drive down compliance costs. He has also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he provided assurance and business advisory services ranging from financial due diligence, segment level analysis and independent controls & systems process assurance.
Sidhant holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
