Sonia Bali heads Human Resources at MCube8. In this role, she is responsible for managing the global Human Resources of MCube Group across different geographies in India & USA.
Sonia has over 15 years of rich experience in managing Coordination, Administration and Human Resources functions. In her various roles at MCube8, Sonia oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent development, policy formulation and implementation and compensation activities. She has led initiatives geared to the implementation of technical and soft skills, corporate programs for employee engagement and training and development.
Prior to joining MCube8, Sonia worked with Soltius, an Information Technology Company later acquired by AgreeYa Solutions, EAN India, an autonomous non-profit body of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
Sonia holds Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Commerce from University of Delhi and a Diploma in Business Administration from IMT Ghaziabad. She is a Certified Trainer in Behavioural Skills and Advance Facilitation.
